To process and manage requests and applications made through Talento Startup's platforms. To share necessary user data with recruiting companies affiliated with Talento Startup. To contact and follow up on any process or issue related to the user and recruiting companies. b) Secondary Purposes: Talento Startup will process the aforementioned personal data for the following secondary purposes: To provide you with commercial information about Talento Startup. To provide information about events, newsletters, and/or commercial promotions of Talento Startup. To contact you regarding events and/or special dates. To conduct evaluations or any other activities aimed at promoting, maintaining, improving, and evaluating the services offered by Talento Startup. We inform you that you may express your refusal for the processing of your personal data at any time. In this case, your personal data will be placed on an Exclusion List, which will only be accessible to authorized personnel of Talento Startup. How to exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) and revoke your previously given consent?As the owner of your personal data, you or your duly authorized representative may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) or revoke the consent you have granted to Talento Startup for the processing of your personal data by sending your request to the email address: [email protected]. If your personal data is governed by the provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of the State through its website https://oag.ca.gov/. 11. Integration with GMAIL/OUTLOOK: use of personal data

This Privacy Policy ("USE OF PERSONAL DATA") describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected in relation to the integration of your Gmail/Outlook account with the Applicant Tracking System of LaPieza.io (TALENTO STARTUP SAPI DE CV). The Integration is done with the explicit and voluntary consent of the user and is used solely for the exclusive benefit of the person who accepts the Integration.

11.1. Personal Data Collected.

During the Integration process with Gmail/Outlook, we may collect and process the following personal data, as necessary to provide the requested services:

  • Email address of Gmail/Outlook.
  • Contact details of Gmail/Outlook of the user owner, including names, addresses, and messages.
  • Content of emails, including attachments and metadata.
  • Contact data of Gmail/Outlook of the owner including names, addresses, and messages.
11.2. Use of Personal Data.

The personal data collected through the Integration with Gmail/Outlook will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Facilitate integration with Gmail/Outlook and allow access to specific features and services.
  • Personalize and enhance the user experience within the Applicant Tracking System of LaPieza.io (TALENTO STARTUP SAPI DE CV).
  • Provide notifications or alerts related to the Integration.
