2018
The year it all began
After some failed start-up attempts, Pol meets Carlos and they decide to start Talento Startup, a company that would connect foreign young professionals with internship opportunities in Mexico.
2019
Adapting to change
After testing the idea, they realized the need for companies to improve their employer branding and hire the best talent... and that's how LaPieza was born. 🤩
2020
The team grows
The team started growing, with young dreamers who had the desire to have a social impact, helping companies recruit without biases and individuals find their dream jobs.
2021
LaPieza, a benchmark for talent sourcing
LaPieza raised a seed investment round to continue expanding and helping companies hire talent in Latin America in record time. Additionally, LaPieza Academy was born!
2022
A year of significant growth
We were recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the 30 business promises and obtained B-Corp certification. It was a very successful year!
